Watch as Chef Nicole Spence dishes up these Sesame Peanut Noodles, perfect for a light but flavorful summer meal.


Sesame Peanut Noodles

Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 30 minutes


  • 1 1-lb. box of spaghetti
  • 1 red bell pepper , diced
  • 1 green pepper , diced
  • 2 green onions , chopped
  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp ginger , grated
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Prepare spaghetti according to package and drain.
  2. Whisk together peanut butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, and ginger.
  3. Toss with red peppers, green peppers, and onions.
  4. Toss mixture with pasta and serve.
