Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tbsp. olive or avocado oil
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Ziploc bag

Optional ingredients:

  • Dash of garlic seasoning and/or
  • A pinch of your favorite herbs and spices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and discard the stem
  3. Place in a Ziploc bag and add olive/avocado oil, sea salt, garlic, and other spices (if desired)
  4. Mix well and spread Brussels sprouts on a pan
  5. Bake for 15 minutes
