Make Your Own Hummus!


  • 1 can chickpeas , drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ½ tsp . cumin
  • 1 clove garlic , peeled and minced
  • 2 tbsp . olive oil
  • ½ tsp . tahini
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp . water


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
