Try this delicious and easy avocado-banana spinach smoothie to get a healthy dose of vitamins today!

Avo-Banana Spinach Smoothie

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach , fresh and washed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ avocado , pitted and peeled
  • Add a little flaxseed (a good source of extra fiber)
  • Decorate with mint leaves or add them to the mix

Instructions

  1. Blend spinach and water until smooth.
  2. Add the avocado and banana; blend again.
  3. Blend with a couple of ice cubes to make the smoothie cold.
