Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 peeled chopped apple
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or soy milk
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Ice optional

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in blender for 1–2 minutes and serve.
  2. Note: Other ingredients—such as flax or chia seeds—can be added for extra nutrition.
