Sweet Potato Fries

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 40 minutes
Total Time 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 5 sweet potatoes
  • cup olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Wash and then cut the potatoes to look like French fries
  3. In a large baking pan, combine the sweet potatoes with the oil and salt
  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until brown and crispy
